  1. Usage: LOAD bitnet
  2.   BITNET aliases and settings are defines here to make ircII look
  3.   and feel like the BITNET Relay Chat (BiRC).
  4.   Some of the BiRC commands can't be found in IRC, and some of the
  5.   commands will display different outputs than those in BiRC.
  6.   The display will reassemble as much of the BiRC that is possible.
